Bio:

Mr. Correa is a proficient mining entrepreneur and metals expert
with over 14 years of experience in sourcing and trading precious
metals and PGMs internationally. Alejandro has a profound technical
experience in metallurgical extraction, processing, finishing and
commercialisation, with a geographical expertise in Colombia and Bolivia.
Mr. Correa is a valued asset at HG and is the reference point for
all mining and metallurgical related matters

Arvind Gururajachar

Position: Founder - Refining & Manufacturing
Bio:

Arvind Gururajachar is an affluent entrepreneur and certified
commodity trader holding a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from
the University of Bangalore. Arvind has a solid experience in
sourcing and providing micro/macro-economic technical analyses
for Agri and Non-Agri commodities both physical and paper form.
Arvind is responsible for all advice and execution for Refined
and Finished Products of Hades as well as Hades primary shareholder,
having founded the Hades network in 2015.

Maxime de Joncaire

Position: Co-Founder - Global Distribution
Bio:

Maxime de Joncaire is a seasoned business developer and
entrepreneur with a background in head-hunting for the
financial services industry. Maxime joined Hades in 2015 with
a view to develop the global strategy of the company and to
open doors to trade finance opportunities for the network.
Maxime is COO of the cooperative and Principal Trader for the
precious metals department, adamant on sourcing responsibly
extracted materials for Hades' clients.

Anthony Correa

Position: Associate Director - Trading & Analysis
Bio:

Anthony Correa, an Associate at Hades, offers extensive expertise in trading,
hedging, new technologies, and mining, showcasing his significant value to our
mining clients. His proficiency in these areas underscores his potential and
dedication. He efficiently oversees all sales, hedging, and technology sourcing for
our mining clients, ensuring effective management of their diverse needs. Anthony
is also the principal at Metal46 in Bolivia.

Luis Venegas

Position: Export & Finance Manager - LATAM
Bio:

Luis Venegas is a practiced export manager and
qualified accounting professional with an
extensive background in the Platinum Group of
Metals, Gold and Construction industries. Luis is
currently the legal representative and project
manager at Mineros Sistemas Eticos S.A.S, the
export arm of HG in Bogota. Luis coordinates all
exports for the precious metals business, carrying
out mine audits, due diligence, and AML in Colombia
